Verbolta is a software studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. We design and ship production platforms for our clients, and we are building a SaaS product of our own.

Tractex is a land-acquisition workspace for real estate developers. Describe a project in plain English and it reads public county property records live, scores every parcel that matches, and returns a ranked, mapped shortlist — with the reasons and the red flags spelled out rather than hidden behind a number.
It is in private development for the North Carolina market. We will have more to say when it is ready.

Written from scratch in small, reviewable pieces. You see working software throughout, not at the end.

Verbolta started as four people building software for other businesses. It still does that, deliberately and in small numbers — because client work is what pays for the engineering time going into a platform of our own.

How we build it

No page builders, no bought templates, no framework carrying the load. That is a slower way to start and the only way to still be able to change the thing three years in.
