We're Verbolta — a custom web development studio based in Charlotte, NC. What started as late-night conversations about bad websites became a commitment to building something worth looking at.

Verbolta started with a simple observation: most small businesses were being handed the same cookie-cutter websites, built on the same templates, by people who had never asked a single question about what the business actually needed.
We knew we could do better. Not just technically — but personally. We're a team that listens first, codes second, and genuinely invests in the success of every client we take on. Every project is a collaboration, not a transaction.

Founder & Programmer
Evan Scheerer
Computer Science graduate from Catawba College. Evan founded Verbolta with a background in algorithm design, AI experimentation, and modern development practices. He leads the technical vision and makes sure every project is built with precision and long-term value in mind.
Co-Founder & Programmer
Trenton Watkins
Computer Science graduate from Virginia Military Institute with expertise in cybersecurity, AI/ML integration, and full-stack development. Trenton brings published research in mission-critical systems and a disciplined approach that ensures every build meets the highest standard of security and performance.
Co-Founder & Director of Finance
Zack Murphy
Economics and business graduate from Virginia Military Institute and former captain of the D1 men's soccer team. Zack manages Verbolta's financial strategy, operational planning, and ensures every project is structured for sustainable, long-term growth.
Co-Founder & Director of Marketing
Tyler O'Bryan
NC State graduate and current MBA student. Tyler leads Verbolta's brand strategy and client outreach with hands-on experience managing high-visibility digital presence at NC State Athletics. He shapes how Verbolta connects with the world — and keeps growing.
